CLE Event – Examining the New Public Charge Regulations

Please join this panel discussion regarding the proposed “public charge” regulations published in the Federal Register on October 10, 2018.  Panelists will discuss the new factors that will be considered if an individual is inadmissible due to public charge, immigration consequences of the petitioner, beneficiary or household members receiving means tested public benefits and the FAM guidelines on public charge determination during consular processing.

Panelists include:
