–How the radical reduction in refugee numbers affects Refugee Processing Agencies, nationally and in Minnesota
–What happened to the Central American Minors (CAM) refugee/parole program and why IRAP sued the government objecting to the termination of that program
–overview of I-130/I-730 and Affidavit of Relationship (AOR)–methods to assist refugee relatives in coming to the US
–Appealing denials of AOR–the Request for Review (RFR) process and how private attorneys can help
–creative strategies in assisting refugee relatives in obtaining immigration status in the US
–Urgent advocacy needs in refugee processing
